How young can my child start martial arts?
Premier Martial Arts offers special programs for kids aged 3–4, 5–7, 8–12, teens, and adults. However, some studios don’t offer the 3–4‑year‑old classes, so availability can vary by location
Do I or my child need prior martial arts experience?
Absolutely not! Whether you’re an adult or beginner, no experience is required. Classes are designed to help you get in shape, build confidence, boost self-esteem, and gain discipline and leadership skills
Can I try out the program before committing?
Yes! Premier Martial Arts offers introductory trial classes—complete with a form you can fill out on their website—to help determine if the curriculum is the right fit
What about injuries and safety during training?
Safety is a top priority. They use padded safety gear, padded weapons, high-tech flooring, and follow strict safety rules for all students and instructors
